Performance Pilates (athletic) Combining the mindfulness and athletic challenge of pilates matwork with the joint stability and performance-enhancement of MELT Performance, this is your class if you strive to move, play and exercise at your highest level. Every Tuesday evening at 5:30pm. (Class size is limited, call to reserve your spot in advance, 630-542-2129.)
MELT 30-Minute Hand/Foot Zoom Class (restorative) Every body benefits from a little daily hand/foot rx where we will hydrate the connective tissue and enhance our bodies reflexive balance and stability mechanisms. This class is short, the work is simple and the benefits to every cell in your body are profound (plus it is a fun group of people from all over the country). Every Tuesday at 11am and Thursday at 7pm, both eastern time. Note…you must own a MELT ball or kit to participate.
Zoom MELT 60 (restorative)
A full 60 minutes of relief on the MELT soft body roller and hand/foot treatment balls. Got chronic pain, sleep issues, digestive complaints or anxiety? Every week we will work through the 4 R’s of MELT to rehydrate and optimize our fascia, calm our frazzled stress reflexes and get out of pain. Join us on Zoom every Wednesday at 7pm eastern time. (You must own a MELT roller and treatment balls to participate.)
Mat Pilates (athletic)
A rigorous 50-minute class on the mat where we will challenge the body in all planes of motion…extension, flexion, rotation and sidebending, to work the entire body. This class will lengthen your form, enhance balance and stability and strengthen your shoulder girdle, hips and core.
