I meet so many people who want to move…know they need to move…but just don’t know where to begin. Maybe you have just finished physical therapy but don’t feel ready to jump into a group fitness class. The Aware Lab for Movement and Creativity is that bridge between rehab and fitness or between living with chronic pain versus learning how to overcome it. Come learn how bodies are meant to move and restore so that you can live your best life. I want to empower you to live beyond your age or your diagnosis or your chronic pain so that you are thriving, every day.
I have been teaching bio-mechanics based pilates for 14 years and I am an advanced level, fully certified MELT Method Instructor since 2012. I have also had the privilege of training with biomechanist/author Katy Bowman (Move Your DNA), and anatomist/fascial experts Joanne Avison, Gil Hedley and Julian Baker. I want to empower you with knowledge and understanding about that miraculous body of your’s!
MELT Weekly and Intro 2 Movement are small group classes where you can receive the hands-on guidance you deserve to move in the safest and most efficient way. With weekly commitment, you will grow in strength, agility, flexibility, balance and stability. You will know your body better and it will thank you for it!
Please contact me at sallehuber@theawarelab to ask any questions and sign up for either…or both…classes. I am looking forward to meeting you soon!
Intro 2 Movement, Mondays at 12:15 pm, The MELT Method Weekly, Thursdays at 5:30pm.
